Join us Saturday, September 13th from 10am-12pm for a Beach
Cleanup Day at Carter Nature Preserve in Surry with the Shaw Institute. This is a Family Friendly Event!
Plastics collected at this event will contribute to scientific research done at the Shaw Institute using our new plastics analysis and identification instrument. We will provide gloves, bags and other cleanup materials.

Access to the beach from the trail is via wooden stairs. The terrain on the beach can vary (Rocky/Slippery at times) and may not be accessible for all people.
