Internships

Are you an undergraduate student or the family member of one, who is interested in environmental research? We may have an internship position open for you! 

The Shaw Institute accepts undergraduate student interns for summer internship opportunities. Typically, these begin in May and end in August. This is normally done in tandem with other universities, such as Colby College, so course/research credit can be gained and funding/housing can be determined.

Summer interns work on a variety of projects, from coastal sampling to microplastics analysis. We expect to broaden these research topics to offer them a wider range of research projects.
